Kate Moss is auctioning off footage showing her sleeping for mental health charity

Kate Moss reckons she makes a fine sleeping beauty – and she is selling off video footage of herself snoozing away for charity to prove it.

The 47-year-old is hoping to raise thousands of pounds for mental health charity Gurls Talk by sharing three different clips of herself.

And proving she is as savvy as she is pretty, the professional clothes horse is auctioning off the video clips with buyers bidding in cryptocurrencies.

The tree clips are titled Sleep with Kate, Walk with Kate and Drive with Kate, with the sleeping version currently selling to a bidder for 5.1699 Etherium cryptocurrency credits – which is currently the equivalent of almost £13,000.

The video shows the star reclaiming in cream coloured sheets and gently tossing and turning around.

While the Walk with Kate video sees the star wearing a revealing red top for a country walk amid trees, and the Drive with Kate video shows her behind the wheels of a convertible, roof down, and the wind whipping through her hair.

Speaking of the project, Kate said: “Art for me has always been about the moment.

Kate is also auctioning videos of herself out for a walk and out for a drive

“Time is the thing that there is never enough of and that waits for no one. I’m intrigued by who will want to own a moment of mine.

“I was also drawn to the idea that this ownership can be used to help others in need hopefully gain more of it. I look forward to seeing this experiment through.”

The winning bids for each video will also receive a unique audio certification recorded by Kate herself – with the buyer being acknowledged audibly by the star.

The winning bidder will also be revealed in a social media post through the Kate Moss Agency.
