NGL we’ve had a rollercoaster of a month! It’s been, for the most-part, really, really fucking hard. Illness, A&E visits, hospital stays, numerous doctors appointments, (very expensive) problems with my car and seemingly blow after blow. HOWEVER, I still want to sift though the crap times and pick out some flashes of joy which November presented to us. It wasn’t *all* doom & gloom…
I came across this brand, Arthouse Unlimited in one of my local farm shops. I noticed they had sold the chocolate before as I had recognised that incredible illustrations and packaging but they had a whole display of their goods which got my attention so I had a look and found it to be a really incredible company on further inspection and one that is close to my heart being a mother of an autistic child…

I get at least one of these Bloom & Wild miniature Christmas Trees every year and they are super cute and a great way to decorate smaller spaces. This year I have The Woodlands Friends Tree and The Party Tree. They come de-assembled so you have to spend about 10 minutes packing it into the pot with the soil and then getting the mini decorations on but it’s really fun and easy and definitely something that the kids will find fun. They are potted also, so you can re-plant them if you so wish. They do numerous styles so do check ’em out before they sell out for this year.
You can get £10 off these, all their Christmas range and anything on the website if you click HERE. I get £10 credit – win-win!
Next Clothing Haul.
My daughter Margot has been super poory for pretty much the whole of November. She is on the up now and I really anted to treat her to some super snuggly and warm new Autumn-winter clothing. I stumbled into NEXT and they had just delivered all their new seasonal stock and they had so many lovely bits so I did a but of a clothing haul for Margot : cosy soft tracksuits, warm hoodies, fleece-lined leggings and socks etc etc! I wish it came in my sizes tbh. You can’t go wrong with next for girls’ clothing imo.
Black Friday Bargains!
I feel like I actually really enjoyed riding the rollercoaster of Black Friday this year. I found some pretty good deals and I was holding out for a few beauty products until Black Friday and managed to get the ones I wanted for some money off. There has been some problems with deliveries due to strikes so I am still waiting on 2 orders to arrive but I’m trying to be patient. I’ll share on my Instagram when it’s all here!
This is such a wonderful restaurant, and just down the road from us here in Somerset. I booked it for Tom’s birthday back in July as it looked totally our vibe and WOW, we were blown away. After a rough month in November, Tom had some time off and we decided to go for a lunch when Margot was at nursery and it was absolutely INCREDIBLE. Top notch food, amazing service and really nice relaxed vibes.
