WOODBRIDGE – A popular beauty supply retailer is coming to St. Georges Crossing, a 343,000-square-foot shopping center anchored by ShopRite.
Ulta Beauty will open in a 10,000-square-foot space at the shopping center, located at the intersection of Route 1&9 and Route 35, according to North Plainfield-based Levin Management.
No opening date for the store has yet been set. Ulta will occupy the former Pier 1 Imports space at the property.
Ulta Beauty offers cosmetics, fragrance, skin care and hair care products and salon services. It offers online and in-store shopping experiences with more than 25,000 products from more than 600 well-established and emerging beauty brands across all categories and price points.

“We couldn’t be more pleased to add Ulta Beauty as another high-quality national tenant at St. Georges Crossing,” Levin leasing representative E.J. Moawad said in a statement. “As a top retailer, Ulta Beauty is targeting exceptional sites to expand its growing footprint. St. Georges Crossing’s strong tenant mix was a key factor in attracting the retailer to the property. In turn, this terrific traffic driver complements our in-place retail mix and is sure to see great success at this location.”
