Ariel Winter, 23, totally shocked fans with her latest Instagram post. In the new pics, she’s hanging out with her boyfriend, Luke Benward, and showing off her totally sculpted bodβplus her brand new ‘do.

So just how does Ariel maintain that sculpted bod? Her trainer, MackFit, shared all the details with Women’s Health. She completes a 20-minute workout three times a week that targets her whole body, he saidβand as far as equipment goes, Ariel only uses a pair of sliders.
Her five go-to moves are curtsy lunges, jump squats, plank up-downs, plank jacks, and knee tuck shoulder taps. “This workout could be done anywhere; it requires your own bodyweight and minimal equipment,” MackFit said, noting that Ariel even does this circuit when she’s traveling.
While Ariel has said she’s “never the most excitedddd person to go to the gym,” she likes how exercise makes her feel. “I think working out is really important for your physical health,” she said, per E!.

“I think mental health is really important, but also, if you want to be healthy and while I am not the most excited to put my workout clothes on and go and do that, it is really nice, when you leave, you feel better… I just want to build muscle. My body changes all of the time and I think right now, it’s just, I want to build muscle,” she added.
As far as diets go? “I can’t stick to them. It just doesn’t work for me,” Ariel said. “I believe, you know, you eat everything that you want in moderation,” she continued. “If I can’t have something, if I’m told I can’t have it, I want it. Like, I can’t be without it.”
Currently, there’s just one food she can’t live without: mint chocolate chip ice cream. “I tried it recently and I just fell in love with it,” she said. “I go through stages like every three months, I pick a new favorite food and it’s currently mint chocolate chip ice cream. So I have six different companies of mint chocolate chip ice cream in my freezer currently.”
